The concept of this site (now blog) began years ago as an e-mail address, chosen for motivational purposes during my marathon training days. During that poignant scene in the movie Forrest Gump© when Jenny yells to Forrest, “Run, Forrest, run!” is when he became my hero; not the sharpest tool in the shed, but possessing an unbeknownst stalwart resolve which always gets him through the trials and tribulations of life. The pages herein are probably of no importance to anyone other than me, but sharing them gets the thoughts out of my head, which is always a good thing!
